Operating procedures
The inner surface of meshing gear is milling with EPT teeth meshing with EPT shaft. When it is necessary to put in the turning, first pull out the safety pin, push the handle, hand disk motor coupling until the engaging gear and the turning gear are fully engaged. When the handle is pushed to the working position, the contact point of the stroke switch is closed, and the power supply of the whole disk is connected. When the motor starts to full speed, it drives the turbine rotor to rotate for turning.
Turning when steam turbine starter, the rotor speed is higher than turning speed, the meshing gear driving wheel has a passive wheel, namely, barring gear drive meshing gears, screw axis of the axial force to change direction, meshing gear and EPT relative rotation of the shaft and move along the screw axis exit meshing position, handle rotation in the opposite direction to the stop position, then disconnect switch, motor stalling, basic stop working. If you need to stop the turning manually, you can press the stop button of the motor, the motor stops turning, the engaging gear stops.
