Machining Process
Why Decide on US
We handle the material of PTFE(Teflon) and stainless metal wires for each customer’s request.
Some are from Japan and ZheJiang , some are from China local. Only pick higher high quality materials.
We examination leakage of every single roll just before braiding, then we cut 300mm and crimp it to check
burst strain after brading.
We use CNC Lathes Machine for finish fittings manufacturing. Device system, knife and inspection
resources are all imported from Japan.
We use Techmaflex Crimping Equipment which is imported from France. This machine has
accurate and stable performance for crimping because it is created for PTFE hose crimping only.

Programming With Couplings
